My blog is in serious need of revamping. Many times over I have considered scrapping the whole thing and starting something fresh, though I would hate to completely dismiss some of my past posts. I have mentioned
before how I am moving this blog more towards personal posts, instead of the breastfeeding education focus I had when I began.
I have been playing around with design, though I am not at all good at it. I may possibly hire someone to do it for me, since I have little time or skill to turn this into something that looks worth browsing. I might also changed the name of the blog, since I am not necessarily breastfeeding-focused anymore, though I mainly write about my kids (whom I breastfeed) so it's not a completely necessary change. Mostly I just don't love the title. The only alternate title I've come up with is the name of my (currently shut down)
etsy shop. Speaking of things in need of a makeover...
Hopefully within the next few months I will have a new design, possibly a new name, and some positive energy to channel into writing again. To be honest, I wasn't sure if I was going to keep up with this blog, and had almost deleted it, until I needed a space to publish my
home birth story and then realized how much I missed blogging. Just like with my twitter account, I'm not even sure if anyone is out there reading what I have to say, but it's nice to have a venue with which to write and discuss (even if it's just me posting pictures of my shopping trips :P)
So, if you're out there, look for changes to come. And in the meantime, enjoy more posts full of pictures of my kids and my attempts at DIY :)
