NaBloPoMo Day 6: Election Night

In the last 6 weeks since having Bennett, there have been only 5 nights that I have been able to stay awake past 10pm, each of the 3 presidential debates, the VP debate, and last night's election coverage.  I'm thankful they announced Obama's win before I passed out, though I fell asleep before the speeches (thank goodness for the internet!)

Here is how our little election night looked:

They were gone before most of the polls closed :)

Ginger Ale for me, the hubs had some proper libations though.

He spent most of the evening like this :)

And then finally, just after Obama was announced the winner, Bennett woke up and had a little smiling fit:
