This week's meal plan

My head is buzzing with new things that are happening (that I will mention soon!) and so I haven't devoted much time to the blog.  I am still working at my goal to follow a weekly meal plan and to generally eat better.  So with that, here's what this week looks like:

Breakfast

Green Smoothie
Granola Yogurt Bowl
Gluten Free Cereal



Lunch

Quesadillas
Spinach Grilled Cheese
Salad Sautee

I make my own similar to this one but with whatever I have lying around


Dinner

Pad Thai with Tofu
Homemade Pizza
