What I ate Wednesday: back on track

After celebrating my husband's 30th birthday this weekend, I felt a bit run down and generally blah. Too much sugar and dairy end up really affecting my mood and energy level. So, as this week's meal plan proposed, here's to getting my body back to feeling healthy! (Including indulgences, because, c'mon)

FYI my pics this week are bad.  No time to even attempt decent ones.

Breakfast: 


In the yogurt bowl was a coconut chia granola. SO good. I paired my yogurt with some Good Belly probiotic juice.

Lunch:


I paired my quinoa fruit salad with a Parmesan baked avocado.

Snack:

Dinner:


After playing outside for a couple of hours I was happy that I had decided dinner was going to be so simple.  This black bean burger recipe is ridiculously simple.

Dessert:


I said there would be indulgences :)
