This week's meal plan
I'm thinking of posting my meal plans each week to help motivate me to actually follow them! Here is this week's (starting Wednesday):
Breakfasts:
Spinach Smoothie with berries
Kale Shake with mint (recipe coming!)
Huevos Rancheros
Lunches:
Veggie Omelet
Avocado Grilled Cheese on Ezekiel Bread
Hummus Melts
Dinners:
Chickpea Curry
Quinoa Burgers
Warm Vegetable Salad
