What I ate Wednesday: lazy.

So, I already failed my meal plan this morning.  I went to make myself some huevos rancheros and we were out of eggs.  Then I noticed the blender wasn't clean.  Both of those should not have been surprises to me, but something happens when I go to bed and wake up after a night of on/off sleep where I cannot remember simple things.  If only my body liked coffee.

Instead of cleaning out the blender to make a smoothie, I just poured myself a bowl of cereal.  Fail.  At least lunch and dinner were in keeping with the plan.  So here's what I ate today.  I also forgot to take photos of my food (I'm blaming it on the change in breakfast plans) so I threw together some internet pics for ya.  Enjoy!

Breakfast:
A bowl of Kashi Berry Fruitful cereal with unsweetened soy milk


Morning Snack:
Kind Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Bar



Lunch:
Hummus Melts on Ezekiel English Muffins and baby carrots


Afternoon Snack:
Endangered Species Dark Chocolate & Orange, Cup of tea


Dinner:
Salad of Warm Vegetables (Vegetarian Times)


Dessert was a coconut flour cake cut into mini cakes and topped with Tru Whip and raw honey.
